Mave London Return Policy
At Mave London, we take great care to ensure our customers are completely satisfied. However, if you wish to return an item, please read our policy carefully below.
1. Conditions for Returns

You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer’s expense, including any international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all original tags and labels still attached.

Trying on items is allowed; wearing them is not.

Returning products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes for the purpose of partial returns is not permitted.

Hygiene items, personalized products, or items marked as “Sale” cannot be returned.
2. How to Return

Request your return within 14 days of receiving your item by contacting us at info@mavelondon.com.

We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (based in China).

The cost of return shipping — including customs, import duties, or any additional fees — is at your own expense.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Mave London is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit or never arrive.
3. Refunds
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, we will issue your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
If the returned item is found to be damaged, washed, worn, or missing its original packaging or tags, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial refund only.
4. Responsibility & Shipping Issues

Mave London is not liable for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows that the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for this error.

Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

If a package is returned to us due to non-collection or unpaid import/customs fees, all associated costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Item
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via info@mavelondon.com and include the following photos:

Once verified, we’ll resolve the issue quickly — either through a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.
